or the legislative action of a state agency.
Lobbyist Employer
You are a lobbyist employer if you employ, hire, or pay the
compensation or other consideration of a lobbyist.
Grassroots Lobbyist
You are a grassroots lobbyist if you represent a a campagn that
seeks to affect
legislation indirectly, through changing public opinion.
Public Agency Lobbyist
Employees of agencies who lobby on behalf of state or local governmental
agencies are considered public agency lobbyists.
