These filing options will help candidates meet their reporting requirements to file electronically.

C3 Cash Receipts (ORCA Software)
This form is used to report names of contributors, amounts, addresses, occupation, employer.
Due Date: All monetary contributions must be deposited within 5 business days of receipt; fill out a C-3 for each deposit. Prior to July 1, C-3 is due monthly; after July 1, file C-3 reports weekly on Monday.

Schedule L Loans (ORCA Software)
Details regarding loan payments and loans forgiven and outstanding.
Due Date: File with C3 when loan is deposited.

Attachment Au Auction Report  (ORCA Software)
Identifies contributors donating and purchasing auction items. Includes name, address, of the contributor and the market value and purchase price of the auctioned item or service
Due Date: File with C4

 

C4 Summary, Full Report (ORCA Software)
This form is used to report total contributions and expenditures for defined period and overall campaign.
Due Date: Summary of Receipts and Expenditures due with initial C-1pc report if contributions were received or expenditures made prior to registration and on the 10th of each month covering the proceeding months activity through July 10th of election year.

* Candidates not on primary election ballot and general election ballot issue committees continue to file 10th of the month reports.
**  Not required of general election ballot issue committees or continuing political committees or candidates on general election ballot. If a continuing committee is not supporting or opposing candidates or ballot measures this year, it only files C-3 and C-4 reports on the 10th of the month if contributions or expenditures exceeded $200 since the last C-4 report was filed. No 21- or 7- day or post-election reports are required. Candidates participating in special elections file C-4 reports 21 and 7 days before and on the 10th of the first month following the election.

Schedule A Cash Receipts and Expenditure (ORCA Software)
Identifies itemized expenses and deposits made for defined period.
Due Date: File with C4

Schedule B In Kind Contributions, Pledges, Orders, Debts, Obligations (ORCA Software)
Identifies in-kind contributions, pledges, orders placed.
Due Date: File with C4 as needed

Schedule C Corrections (ORCA Software)
Identifies corrections, adjustments.
Due Date: File with C4 as needed

Schedule L Loans Part 2-4 (ORCA Software)
Details regarding loan payments and loans forgiven and outstanding.
Due Date: File with C4 after loan is deposited and continue until loan is paid in full or forgiven.
