Commission Meetings

During commission meetings, commission members set policy for the staff, adopt administrative rules and when questions arise interpret the disclosure laws.

Commissioners judge enforcement cases, hearings and consider requests made  from those who believe they should be exempted from portions of the law.

Commissioners have meetings once a month in Olympia. The public is invited and encouraged to attend where time is always reserved for public comment.
